Privacy policy

This site collects nothing about you. There are no accounts, no email list, no tracking pixels, and no advertising trackers.

The Loan Estimate checker runs in your browser. The rate and fee figures you type are used only to compute the comparison on your screen; they are never stored, sent to a lender, or used to contact you. The checker's only network requests fetch public county and lender aggregates, and those requests do not include anything you typed.

The rate and cost data shown on this site is aggregate public data published by federal regulators. It contains no information about you or your loan.

Standard server logs (IP address, page requested) exist briefly at our hosting provider, Vercel, for security and debugging, and are not used for anything else.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page visits. It uses no cookies and stores no personal identifiers; it gives us aggregate numbers like page views and the general region visits come from.
